We found over 20 posts online where Walk in Tubs Ontario had been using Walk in Tub Ottawa's name in their ads..but the phone number or web adress shown belongs to Walk in Tubs Ontario..obviously they really went out of their way to try and steal from Walk in tub Ottawa..they have since removed these posts from the internet once Walk in Tub Ottawa exposed them...but the screenshots don't lie...and they are not AI generated...that's why we post it here
in the picture below, they use Walk in Tub Ottawa's name twice and never theirs but the phone number belongs to Walk in Tubs Ontario.....could this be anymore misleading...
Below is an email stating that Claude ( the client ) threw John Wilson out of his house due to high pressure sales tactics..its in French but easy to translate...since John was exposed publicly for high pressure tactics he stopped doing it....seniors don't deserve to be treated this way

Here is one of many examples of Walk in Tubs Ontario claiming that their Chinese tubs are manufactured in Canada and worse , they claimed that they are a manufacture...and over 20 years experience which is totally false. ( they 've been in business since approx. 2016 ) see below picture
Low quality installations , but they claim to be the most experienced..below is a photo of how patched up their jobs can look ( this photo is from their gallery on their website ) see that strip above the tub and the box between the tub and the wall...well when a regular bathtub or shower is removed often times the old faucets were installed high on the wall , what can be done as in this case is that tiles above the regular bathtub that needed to be removed anyways can be saved, cleaned up and reused to cover the hole where the faucets were but that takes time and precision ( obviously these guys are lazy and just want to do the quickest patch up job possible)...seems like other walk in tub companies take the time to clean up and reuse the tiles to patch holes and make it look as nice as possible but of course these guys want their installs done in one day and this is the quickest way to do it...they will obviously not do their best for the clients or likely don't have the ability
is it 20 or 30 years experience???? at the same time they posted in some areas that their installer Pierre has over 20 years experience and in other areas that he has 30 years experience...well which is it?? ?? ..the fact is, is that he may have 20 years experience but the reality as you can see from the above picture of the patch work that his amount of experience doesn't seem to be worth much..see ads below ...the real its impossible for his guy to have 30 years exp.
